Inspired by Loggins and Messina’s great song Vahevela and re-inspired more recently by Ila Cantor’s beautiful Aeioua, I’ve loved the idea of creating a word to match the feeling of a song. Owaiyu is a word of hope and grace, expansion and light conjured to match this song.
